Good suggestion I got from our Digital Marketing Director to clear space in 14,000 emails from 2013 that I have.
This will free up space.
The suggestion:
Search for words like “I will be out of the office today”. Click and trash all those 3,000 emails that were the copies of those when you were out of the office.
Also words like Info@ which is mostly spammers, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and other social media update emails.
Etc. This is the way to clear thousands of old unwanted emails to free up ten’s of GB’s of space.
