Tip # 4: Stay engaged
Engaging your customers constantly is the only way they’ll begin to form a relationship with your brand again. You can boost engagement level by:
- Creating valuable content. You own a blog, so the most obvious way to keep customers engaged is to post content on it that they will find useful. You should also keep your contacts engaged in a flurry of different activities such as quizzes.
Make sure you promote all your content and activities on your social media accounts.
- Showing your fun side on social media. Your social media pages are a great place to conduct your comeback campaign. In addition to tweeting, sharing and re-sharing your blog content, look for other fun content that your customers are likely to be interested in.
- Commenting on guest blogs and responding to comments on your blogs. After visitors read your blogs, they are likely to leave comments. Respond to every comment and if you receive any complaints about your product or brand, tackle it head on.
You should also comment on other blogs that you visit or if you are a guest blogger, engage actively with the owners of those blogs.
