Building a contact list is an uphill task. Here’s another tip for getting customers to trust you once again.
Tip #5 Bait your contacts and keep them hooked
Expect your customers to be a little doubtful at first despite your apologies and promises. After all, they have probably found a good replacement who hasn’t disappointed them like you have.
To allay their fears, show them a snap shot of what you have planned for the coming days and months.
Whatever you show them should demonstrate that you have read their survey answers, or that you have listened to their complaints and you plan to do something about it. You can even go a step further and tell them the exact date and time you’ll be discussing different topics.
Keep the following in mind as you prepare to bait and keep your customers hooked:
First impressions count. The plan you show them should be impressive enough to make them want to stay.
Give them solutions. If you want to build credibility, you have to show your customers value. your campaigns should be clear that when customers tune in, they should expect to get value for their time.
Teaser ads. This should help to build your customers’ appetites for what’s to come.
Preparation is key. Research widely before you run any ads. It also helps to look at best practices from other bloggers in your niche.
